Guest access
Guests of this stunning home have complete access to every room, amenity, and the spacious outdoor area! Guests do not have access to the garage. 8 days prior to arrival, guests will receive an email with all the check-in information as well as a code for the doors.

SUPPLIES - To ensure your stay with me is comfortable, I've provided the essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you and your guests enjoy your stay. Please note, while this is intended to cover your stay, should you run out, additional supplies will not be provided.
TV/STREAMING
The property features all state-of-the-art smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. I do provide cable TV. Enjoy your entertainment experience!
PET-FRIENDLY
Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation! We happily accept pets of all shapes and sizes with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay. To ensure cleanliness and avoid additional cleaning fees, we kindly request that owners promptly pick up their pets' waste and refrain from allowing pets on beds and furniture.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party without prior approval will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
POOL DISCLAIMER
Please note, our pool is an HOA pool that is shared between 5 houses and is not heated or open over the winter.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A 100% refundable security deposit hold in the amount of $500 is required. It is a credit card hold and it will be automatically released within 3 days from departure.

Our stay at Above & Beyond Beach House exceeded every expectation! From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, the entire experience was seamless.The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail has been carefully considered, and we honestly could not think of a single thing that was missing or that could be improved.Communication with the owner was outstanding, and the property manager was equally fantastic. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and their responsiveness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.What impressed us most was how easy and enjoyable everything was. Stop scrolling and book this Beach House! It’s beautiful & clean! Photos are accurate. We were hesitant to book because we didn’t feel there were enough reviews & we almost missed out!! We traveled with our family & fur baby and it was the perfect combination of relaxation and fun. It is a short walk to the beach access (5min) and the neighborhood is quiet & lovely. No need to pack extras because there are beach towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon & cooler. Host response time is excellent. This home is beautifully decorated and very warm/welcoming.The pool is directly behind the house. We also loved that there were other supplies such as dish detergent, dishwashing tabs, trash bags, bath and hand soap & shampoo/conditioner. The back patio always had a cool breeze and was the perfect spot for reading/morning coffee. There are sidewalks which made it easy to walk our dog and there was an interesting natural area for her to explore very close by (Ingram Dunes/Maritime forest/7acres). The TV’s were excellent too- we watched a lot of playoff hockey :)We will rebook here if we are traveling with our pet!!
