Luxury apartment in the heart of Paris near the Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower. You are quiet on a private road, surrounded by vegetation, in a residential and shopping area with beautiful Haussmann style buildings and art nouveau style mansions. You are also within walking distance of many museums (Marmottant, Balzac, MAM, Palais de Tokyo, Musée de la Marine et de l'Homme etc...). 3 minutes walk from the Metro (line 9 and line 10) and many buses. Public transport will take you to both the Left Bank and the Right Bank. The Bois de Boulogne is a 5-minute walk away, a real island of greenery for doing sports or simply for a walk. Vélib stations allow you to reach the center of Paris by bike in 15 minutes following the quays along the Seine: Paris is yours on foot, by metro or by bike! Paris expo Porte de Versailles is 5 minutes by car, the Parc des Princes is 15 minutes on foot and Roland-Garros is also 15 minutes.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Paris! Juliette was a perfect host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was in a perfect location, away from the hustle of tourist areas, but close enough to get to everything easily on the metro which was a short walk away. We had all the amenities and more, and we were happily surprised how spacious the apartment was. We had a few hot days, but fans were available in each room, and the large windows allowed for the cool air to come in which was a treat. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent six days in Paris over Christmas and this apartment was the perfect home base. The host was very kind and welcoming—she met us when we arrived, walked us through everything in the apartment, and shared helpful suggestions about the neighborhood and nearby areas. Even though we had visited Paris before, her tips were useful.The apartment itself was excellent: clean, tidy, and very comfortable, with three bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is wonderful and the location is ideal—easy access to everything while still feeling quiet and residential. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay.
