*** Quiet hours are in effect after 10:00 PM.
*** All outside lights are required to be off at 10:00PM.
*** Pets are allowed (1 dog - under 50 pounds).
*** Street parking is strictly prohibited.
*** Park amenities are not guaranteed and could be taken off-line for any number of reasons that are out of our control.
*** Renter is responsible for a $275.00 replacement fee for a lost Gate Access Card (pool/tennis/pickleball).
