I'd recommend putting in a table or shelf in the shower for toiletries as we shower. Also recommend having free coffee pods and tea. The fireplace also doesn't work.

Nice property, located in a great area that has plenty of restaurants and outdoor activities. We enjoyed our stay.Loose and broken pavers on the steps from parking and at the entrance are a hazard and need to be fixed.Washer was not working, getting 5C error code. I had to clean drain water filter at base of machine, which was clogged with plastic, screws and coins.

We checked in for a girls weekend and after a long day of being out, we returned to no heat in the unit. I called the management company who was willing to send someone, but it was already 9:30pm and we thought it would be better for the HVAC guy to come first thing in the morning. Little did we know that having the HVAC guy come in the morning would be held against us when asking for a price adjustment for the inconvenience. The heat was not able to be fixed, so the management company moved us to the unit next door. We negotiated to be credited for one night , but little did we know that it didn’t include the tax or the service fees. Quite deceitful to us after paying over 700 for two nights and only getting 200 back. In negotiations for a refund, the mgmt company used it against us that we were the ones not wanting the HVAC to come that night since it was so late AND that the initial 100 credit they offered wasn’t enough. I was even told that I should be thankful for the 100 back. Unacceptable! It was an inconvenience to have to get up early so the tech could come try to fix the heat and then pack up our stuff to move next door. It was our vacation after all. The unit was cleanish….cobwebs on the lights and the fireplace was scary outdated and the HVAC guy said he didn’t like the looks of it and not to use it to heat up the unit. Please do better! People pay hard earned money to stay at your properties…..issues aren’t our fault.
