The host was responsive and amenable to our requests for a slightly early entry. There is a nicely decorated main floor with well stocked and roomy kitchen. We were able to cook a full dinner easily. I marked cleanliness down only because some of the dishes were not well cleaned but the rest of the house was clean. The upstairs bathroom had enough counter space for three people sharing it. The shower was a standard tub/shower combo with a removable wand shower head which we didn't use but could be nice if needed.Some perks were the recliners built in to the couches and the Adirondack chairs on the deck which were great in the morning sun for coffee.Less than optimal but generally manageable were the stairs both into the house and to the basement. Both were steeper than standard which was okay for most of us but were challenging for my 82 y.o. mom. This is not a good house for anyone who struggles with stairs. The location was nice and quiet with a good street to walk along a block away. You could hear the train but the house was insulated enough to block most of the sound. We had two dogs with us who enjoyed having a grassy yard, place to walk and the deck to hang out on outside. I would recommend this location as a good place to stay near Fargo, ND.

This was my first experience renting an VRBO. It was an easy process the property was great for what I needed. Will consider staying here again and use VRBO.

We LOVED our stay! The beds were comfortable, the house is roomy, and we felt welcome the entire time! Cant wait to stay again.

The house was great. But I highly recommend you evaluate each room before you leave. I was charged an exorbitant additional cleaning fee, once he provided the picture to show what it was I understood an additional fee, but the amount was excessive.
