About this house rental
This home, located 20 minutes from Disney World, will have everything your family needs from comfort to convenience. Play a round of Star Wars Galactic Mini-golf. Enjoy a fully stocked beautiful kitchen, and an open layout for family gatherings. The outdoor area with a covered patio dining space, pool, and hot tub is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a fun-filled day at the parks. Kids will love the themed rooms, featuring Frozen, Coco, Monsters Inc., Finding Nemo, and Mickey Mouse ºoº
The space
This 9 bedroom home is located in Champions Gate, a gated community. Access to the clubhouse is included with your visit. In the clubhouse, you will find a full gym, movie theater, large pool, waterslides, beach volleyball, pickleball courts, great food options, and so much more!
In the home, you will find a spacious dining/living room area on the bottom floor. Out back, feel free to relax by the pool and enjoy shade of the patio or get some sun on the other side of the pool.
The master bathroom on the ground floor has a full-sized tub and easy access to the pool.
Here are our house rules — nothing too crazy, just a few things to help everyone have a great stay. By booking, you’re agreeing to these:
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No pets, please. We love animals, but they’re not allowed here. Bringing one will result in a $500 fine.
• This is a non-smoking property. Smoking anywhere on the premises will result in a $1,000 fine.
• No parties or events are allowed. If this rule is broken, you’ll be charged $800 and asked to leave with no refund.
• While we welcome families, please note the property isn’t child-proof. Keep an eye on the little ones at all times!
• No food or drinks in the bedrooms or the pool area — it helps us keep things clean and comfy for everyone.
• Any damaged towels will incur a $12 replacement fee.
• We have a BBQ grill and propane tank ready for you (the tank may be empty — feel free to refill!). If you use the grill, there’s a $50 cleaning fee.
• Want the pool heated? It’s available for $25 per night (must be for your entire stay). It takes 10–14 hours to warm up to 90°F, so please let us know early if you’d like it!
• For groups between 17-19 individuals, a $25/night fee will be applied, for groups between 20-25, a $50/night fee will apply
• Pool cleaning happens weekly by a professional company. Occasionally, they might need to come more than once. If they arrive while you’re swimming, we’ll kindly ask you to hop out for a bit.
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp.
• If you check out after 10:01 AM, there’s a $100 late fee (it sounds crazy, but we need every minute to prep for the next guests — thanks for understanding!)
• Each additional late hour will be charged $200

Although Florida offers a warm climate, you may want to have the pool and spa heated when you visit. If you are interested in using the pool/spa heat for $25/night, please message Hunter.

The putt putt course was super cool, kids of all ages loved it! The house itself was well equipped for cooking which was great. We don't always get a lot.

This host goes above and beyond. We did have a couple issues and he had amazon delivered the next day or answered my questions within an hour. And the issues we had were minimal that were random and could happen anywhere. The pool was a little chilly for December so he graciously turned it up so we could all enjoy. The cleaning staff goes above and beyond and the free clubhouse access has awesome amenities for both kids and adults. Whether you have kids or you're a kid at heart, you'll love this property. During Disney World downtime there's plenty to keep you busy at the house alone like air hockey, glow in the dark mini golf, or snuggling on a big couch in the loft area to watch a movie. We're already planning a friends trip here with all our kiddos.

Very clean. Everything was organized and kitchen had everything you need to cook in for dinners. Pool was amazing after long park days. The 2 down stairs bedrooms were prefect for elderly parents and upstairs was decorated very fun for the kids. By far the best house we have rented and everyone in our group had an amazing time. Would definitely rent again.

Communication with the host was exceptional as we had an issue with the air conditioner after a storm, he quickly had someone come and look at it, although the issue wasn't fixed. We then had to contact the host though his contact information as we found out that the VRBO site ( thru which I was contacting him previously was down, so he wasn't getting our concerns ) and he immediately contacted us about the AC issue and had a technician send out immediately. He also sent us the fixings for banana splits, as a thank you for letting him know that the AC wasn't fixed and not getting unpleasant with him. We also had an issue with the pool/spa, again once notified the host and the issue was immediately addressed and fixed. All in all wonderful house, lots of seating, and beds, we had an amazing time. A big thank you to the host for dealing with issues that would have impacted our stay, with exceptional speed.
