I arrive for my 4:00 check in and didn’t get into the room until 430 because the room wasn’t ready. Once I got into the room I realized it was not on the gulf. I am not sure if I missed that part on the information. The room was very nice but not cleaned well. They had soda cans under the bed, dirty sponges on the top of each bed, sticky stuff on the kitchen cabinet. The worst part was the master rooms mattress . It was like sleeping in a ditch. Besides all of these things we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, well furnished unit. Very clean. This is a BAY VIEW, not beach view unit. Rental dept required uploading of my DMV. Refused. I am already verified with VRBO. All information SHOULD BE EMAILED directly to the guest and not be required to use “their” email system. Unit lacks enough pans to cook with. A 8” and 10” ? Do better.
