Ft lot is located right on the wide canal and the lanai has perfect south exposure where you can enjoy both the sun and the beautiful view ALL day. You're only 10 minutes away from enjoying some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva. The big lanai has a lovely pool, a hot tub, and a spacious dining area.
The Villa offers in total 5606 sq. ft., 2746 sq. ft. with A/C, four bedrooms, three bathrooms a, big living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a fully equipped office and a complete gym.
The master bedroom has a King size bed with remote control for your comfort. The master bathroom has a shower, double sinks, a Jacuzzi and a walk-in closet. The toilet is separate. The second master bedroom has two Twin beds. The second master bedroom also has a walk-in closet. Third and fourth bedrooms have Queen sized beds. All bedrooms have spacious closets and are equipped with TVs.

This home was perfect. It was my sister and I together. We had just lost our father after being his caretakers for almost 2 years. It was the perfect place to reset and relax. It was quiet. The pool was perfect. Close to stores and restaurants. And a short drive to many beaches. We will definitely book this home again!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa Dolphin. More than enough space for six of us.Some initial issues getting in that were entirely my fault, the manager was very responsive and got us situated. Beautiful setting and convenient location. Close enough to stores, restaurants, etc but still in a quiet area. The pool was wonderful in a great setting. We'd definitely go again.

We were very dissapppinted with the cleanliness of this house and property. The house would be beautiful with some updating. The area is gorgeous. Had problems with the pool but it was fixed after a week. But the spa jets were not working properly and nothing was done to remedy the problem. All silverware and utensils were mismatched very old and knives were dull and rusted. On the whole we had a nice time but it could have been a better experience. I won't even go into some of the issues we had with the cleanliness of the house. It's a very nice home but I would not rent it again.
