WELCOME TO FALCON'S NEST!

Our charming, updated 3-bedroom home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a corner lot, just an easy five-minute walk from downtown Bar Harbor. You'll be close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, the Shore Path and the Island Explorer, while still enjoying a peaceful neighborhood to come home to after a day of exploring.

Falcon's Nest is a comfortable and welcoming home for families, couples or friends traveling together. The home has three bedrooms upstairs: a king bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds (which can also be converted to a king upon request), and a third bedroom with bunk beds that are especially well suited for children.

The first floor features a comfortable living room with sectional sofa, an updated kitchen with a large eat-in island, an additional dining table for two, and a full bathroom. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor as well.

OUTDOOR SPACE

One of the things our guests love most about Falcon's Nest is the private fenced backyard. After a day hiking in Acadia or exploring Bar Harbor, relax on the back deck, enjoy dinner at the outdoor table, or fire up the gas grill. There's also a covered front porch and a private driveway for convenient off-street parking.

Traveling with your dog? The private fenced backyard gives your four-legged family member a safe place to enjoy some outdoor time.

AMENITIES
Falcon's Nest is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and an assortment of board games for relaxing evenings at home. The home also has air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, gas grill, deck, covered front porch and private off-street parking.

EXPLORE BAR HARBOR AND ACADIA

Falcon's Nest makes it easy to enjoy both Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Downtown is just a short walk away, while Acadia is only about a five-minute drive.

The Island Explorer provides free seasonal transportation around Mount Desert Island, making it easy to leave your car behind when exploring Bar Harbor and many Acadia destinations.

The YMCA and nearby athletic fields, including basketball, tennis/pickleball, baseball and soccer facilities, are just a couple of blocks away, making Falcon's Nest especially convenient for families. If golf is your thing, historic Kebo Valley Golf Club is also nearby. Established in 1888, Kebo is the oldest golf club in Maine and the eighth-oldest in the United States, and is open to public play.”
