Pelican Beach #205 is a premier one-bedroom fabulous beachfront condo 'on the sand' with panoramic views of the Gulf of America. The newly renovated one-bedroom/two-bath condo features a primary bedroom with a plush, memory foam king bed, an en-suite bath, and a private cable television. The hallway features recessed bunks - perfect for the younger ones in your family and an additional full bath.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, cookware, and dishes. Fully stocked with linens, towels, and many extras.
The living room offers a queen-sized sofa bed, lazy boy chairs, and a large Smart TV. The condo is 'streaming-friendly,' offering a new level of high-speed Wi-Fi internet access (1000 Mbps).

This property was amazing and exactly as pictured. It was modern, updated, and beautifully furnished. The furniture was comfortable, and the mattress in the master bedroom provided a great night's sleep. The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular.
David and Peggy were wonderful hosts. They sent detailed information before our arrival and followed up after check-in to make sure everything was going well.
We especially loved being on the second floor—it made elevator access quick and convenient.
Being able to rent beach chairs and umbrella right on the beach and simply walk out to relax was a huge bonus.
Everything needed to enjoy the beautiful beach was just steps away. Parking was easy, and the resort staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We'll definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Location of the unit on the second floor was fabulous because we didn’t have to wait for the elevator! Kitchen is newly renovated with tons of counter space. Host was responsive and very helpful. The staff at the resort was superb! 10/10 would book again

The location of this condo and the view make this an excellent venue. It overlooks one of several pools and offers a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. We would stay here again, it was perfect for our family vacation.
