** The apartment is located above a restaurant-pub; you should expect some noise during your stay, especially on weekends **.
The Flamingo features a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen island for meals, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and more, and a living room with an HD TV. The sofa converts into a bed and can accommodate two people. You’ll have access to a washer and dryer, which are available to guests staying in the building.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire apartment and the building's washer and dryer.

Located in downtown Quebec City, our apartment puts you within walking distance of trendy cafés, local restaurants, unique shops, and cultural events. Grocery stores and other amenities are nearby. Explore the neighborhood on foot and discover the vibrant arts scene and rich history that define Saint-Roch. Quebec City’s main attractions are just a few minutes away by public transportation.
Getting Around:
You can easily explore the neighborhood, its shops, and attractions on foot. You can also take public transportation, rent e-bikes (May through October), or simply take a taxi or Uber as needed.
Other Things to Note:
🎵The apartment is located above a restaurant-bar and right next to another bar. As a result, you may hear music, especially in the evenings and particularly on weekends.
💹Note for guests with limited mobility: You have to work to get to Le Flamingo! Located on the 2nd floor, you’ll need to climb several steps.

Good stay with comfy beds. Bar below was pretty loud for a Tuesday night, but the host did warn us. Lots of options for food and sights nearby, good location for walking around.

Condo is spacious, very organized and cozy. Kitchen is well stocked. Excellent location close to many good restaurants and within 15 minutes walk to Old Quebec. Host is responsive and kind. Definitely will stay here again

We arrived at our check in time and had no issues with any of the locks. It wasn't until I booked and got a response from the owner that I was told this apartment is above a pub. We had no issues with noise but we were there on a weekday. There are two flights of steep stairs so that should be noted . Apartment is small close to many things. Great coffee shop across the street . We will be back.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, however there were a few things that were disappointing, there were no paper towels, or dish clothes to wash dishes with, we had to purchase our own. The parking situation was horrible if you didn't park your vehicle before 10am on the street you wouldn't get a spot for the rest of the day, we ended up having to park blocks away at pay parking lots twice.
