The Loft is very quiet, comfortable and walkable to anywhere in Florence. It is a refined and romantic two-bedroom apartment, fully renovated with style and with all the amenities one can think of. It is located between Piazza Santo Spirito and Pitti Palace, with its beautiful Boboli Gardens, in a charming and typical Florentine street, just 250 meters from the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Museum. Ideal for guests who want to stay away from the "hustle and bustle" of the city but at the same time wish during the day to be very near the rhythm of the city's historical center. Located on the first floor, the loft is composed of two bedrooms, a brand new fully equipped kitchen, an elegant bathroom made with refined italian marble, a vanity top space next to the main bathroom and a very pleasant and relaxing lounge.
The apartment has also all the modern amenities such as air conditioning, powerful internet connection/WIFI, central heating, large screen tv, safe, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumbledryer, hair dryer, 4 burner gas stove, iron and ironing board, sheets, comforters and towels.

Greated by the amazing owner Dominque. Impressive timing shortly before our arrival. Wonderful walk through regarding everything we needed to know about the apartment. This apartment is lovely with its beautiful modern upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Every amenity one needs to stay a few nights, a week or month plus. Beautiful glass doors open to the enclosed courtyard from the 2nd floor. Live plans hanging from the railings reminds me of home away from home. The beds were very comfortable with extra linens provided. A kind gift basket upon for our stay was a kind thought. The location of this apartment is perfect. Down a small quite street, short walk from coffee shops, food and more yet not so close you would be waken by noisy streets. About a quarter of a mile is the Arno River with easy bridge access to historical sites, Churches, shopping, food, cafés, grocery stores everything was in abundance and at our fingertips.My husband and I plan to return to this apartment villa in the near future for more exploring of what Florence gas to offer.Thank you Dominque we look forward to seeing you again.

We absolutely loved Dominique’s property. He was a fantastic host. He is very knowledgeable about the area, very quick to answer any questions. His apartment was immaculate between the downstairs and the loft. Such a pleasure to deal with him. The apartment was in a great place. Easy to explore Florence from his location. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room in the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here. We just loved it!!

The apartment was wonderful. Extremely clean and comfortable and its location, just a couple of short blocks to both the Ponte Vecchio and Santa Trinita bridges, worked very well for us. The apartment and street were very quiet, yet only just a two minute walk to Piazza Passera where there was an excellent trattoria, gelateria, cafe, and schiaccia. We loved spending time (and eating) there! Dominique was the perfect host and we greatly enjoyed our time with him on a tour of Chianti. He is now our Florentine friend! We had a wonderful 10 day stay at his apartment. It wasn't nearly long enough.
