Welcome to 'Splash', among the Top 15 new condominium resorts in all of Florida. Beautiful end unit located on the 19th floor, features 2 Master Suites with 2 full baths and a Bunk area. Spacious private 335 Sq. ft balcony is accessible from both masters and living room. The unit sleeps 8+. This condo's floor plan is 'Windsong' (1505 sq.ft) featuring 2 masters overlooking the sugar white sand beach and beautiful emerald green water of the gulf. This is the most sought after floor plan at splash!
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops with large breakfast bar and all modern appliances. The unit also features washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and microwave.
There are 3 TV's and 3 DVD players for everyone's enjoyment. Wifi is also provided in this unit.

•We will not rent to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 25 years of age or older. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of the property under the age of 25 years. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.

Good stay just wish the condo had towels for 8. There wasn’t an iron and after asking for another set of towels I felt bad asking for an iron. I was still short a set of towels because they gave us too many hand towels and I miscounted, so again I felt awkward having to ask for another set. Communication was great and fast response. The beach was nice and the rental chairs were a nice addition. The balcony has a great breeze and high enough to see manatees, sting rays and sharks swim by. Very pleasant. Be sure to bring everything, basic kitchen kit (salt, pepper, cooking oil etc), trash bags , paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenexes, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap (a tiny bar soap was given). Hairdryer is dated and kept falling off the wall. Also wish there was a real mop to clean the floor. My feet were black just from walking around the condo. I had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and there were those silver fish bugs in the restroom. Check out requires all trashed removed ( be sure to bring trash bags). Linens were to be removed from all the beds and a load of laundry is required to be started before you leave. Nothing to do with the room but the 2 elevators are awful. You will wait. Sometimes a while. Bring a wagon as luggage carts are hard to come by and the trek from the parking garage is a hike. Parking pass is 40 for each vehicle for your stay.

The condo was clean, spacious and as described. James was easy to contact with any questions that came up. The ocean view is fabulous. The property offered easy beach access, several pools for all ages and concessions. Registration was easy. We enjoyed our stay very much and hated to for vacation to come to an end.

The double master bedroom was wonderful along with the multitude of pools that any age child could have fun on. However, the cleanliness of the condo was awful. There was a brown handprint beside the toilet (we can only assume from what). Sand on the floors from prior persons stay. The chairs outside are very rusty to the point that if you drag them, it looks like a pile of dirt came off of them. There are sticky stains on the patio. The furniture is heavily used to the point of mostly broken. You’re also charged a cleaning fee but expected clean a good bit before you leave. Then what’s provided is laughable. They give you the bare minimum of toilet paper, a trash bag, etc. We got a new roll of toilet paper and then less than half a roll as a back up. It’s stated that you are expected to bring or buy but I was really surprised even though I did pack accordingly. Outside of those glaring points, the location is great and quiet.
