About this house rental
This property is located upscale gated community Just 15 minutes away from the Donald Sangster International Airport and 6 minutes west of Fairview Shopping Center. This gated community is nothing short of today’s luxury-living.
The vacation rental includes a full complement of staff, a housekeeper and a gardener to attend to all your needs. Personal chef available at an additional cost.
Miramar is the real deal in terms of residential property. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a en-suite master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet. The house opened up into the living room where there were lots of windows for natural light. The staircase leading upstairs to the bedrooms is made of aluminum and tempered glass with the flooring done in beautiful marble. The living room boasts porcelain tiles, ceiling fan with intricate tray ceiling and pod-lighting is used throughout the interior of the house. All upstairs bedrooms have split air-conditioning and HD LED televisions
The dining area comfortably hold a large table that seats six. The kitchen features double sinks, granite counter top and lots of solid wood cupboards, shelves and storage. A spacious laundry room sits off to the side, with a washer, dryer and a built-in washtub for hand-washing all your delicates that you would not dare trust to a machine. This unit have a solar water-heater and storage water tank.
The name itself is rather interesting, as ‘Miramar’ is of Spanish origin and means “sea-view”. ‘Mira’ also means ‘watch’, hence a loose translation could also be ‘watch the sea’ and guests have certainly been enjoying their fill of this activity, as this unit, have a view of the sea that is just a stone’s throw away across the road.
Miramar boasts a modern, contemporary design done up in cool, muted, earth tones of gray, brown, cream and beige. Developed by Arqcon Construction, famous for redesigning most of the North Coast hotels, such as Royalton and Secrets, Miramar has only 32 units. This was deliberate, as the the Developer did not want a large, over populated complex, with people cramped in close proximity to each other. Instead, what they have created, are beautiful, perfectly laid out, two-storey duplexes, built on a tier to accommodate everyone getting an awesome view.
You should visit the world famous Doctor's Cave Beach on the 'Hip Strip'. While there enjoy shopping, restaurants and bars including Margaritaville , the Bobsled cafe and Harley Davidson apparel store. Only a ten minute drive from Miramar is the charming Houseboat restaurant and the Seawind Beach club, Hard Rock Cafe and Montego Bay Yacht Club.
We are centrally located in Montego Bay but Rick's Cafe and the Negril Water park, or the famous Dunn's River Falls and Mystic Mountain or swim with the Dolphins in Ocho Rios is just a day trip away. Miramar is also within minutes from 3 major golf courses at Tryall, Cinnamon Hill and White Witch.

Property was clean, it was nice. However views were not as expected and the picture's make it seem like the pool was in our own backyard and private...but it was shared and that doesnt seem to display what was advertised. Also the back door did not lock and it that was a bit unnerving being as tho we were 4 women there, it should have been fixed prior to us coming for more secured experience and it needs to be advertised that the Main bedroom is on the Second floor Otherwise the property was well maintained and clean.

This stay exceeded all expectations! The property looked just like the pictures—absolutely stunning. The 24-hour security provided a strong sense of safety throughout our stay. Our driver, Tavin, was incredible, always ensuring our safety and comfort wherever we went. Chef Marlon prepared unforgettable feasts that delighted our taste buds. Although the community pool appeared a bit dirty, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again!
