The most important appliances that can be supported include the refrigerator, internet router, lights, and outlets for charging devices such as a laptop , cellular or using a small blower, among others. Please note that the air conditioner cannot be used with the generator. But, we have 2 Ryobi battery fan. In addition, the building has a backup generator for the elevators and hallways, so those common areas remain operational during power outages.
This is a renovated, beautiful, bright, studio on the 22nd floor. The apartment has a balcony & large floor to ceiling windows with mesmerizing panoramic views of the city and ocean. The apartment is tastefully decorated with an elegant modern style that preserves the tropical atmosphere. The unit has a walk-in closet and queen bed. In addition, the building has 24-hour security, private pool, and gym. Laundry room facilities are located on the 2nd floor with coin operated washers and dryers. Internet access is available in the apartment, lobby and pool area. So, come and take in the ocean view while sipping on a glass of wine or just simply enjoy the sea breeze & watch the sunset from your balcony.

This was an awesome experience of visiting friends and this place is simply, amazing!!!Jacqueline is a fantastic host, Instructions were clear and place was easy to access. The apt. was ULTRA clean. Very comfortable studio nice bathroom and separate walking closet. Has a nice kitchenette with everything you need.Something I LOVED was mirrored walls inside, all over the place and I need mirrors. LOL.This place is about 12 mins. from SJU airport and well located overall with easy access to and from the area. There is a guard in the building lobby and it is safe. Condado area is mostly a safe tourist sector due to heavy police presence. And there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, walking distance.Walgreens near. A grocery store is about 2 mins. away.You can request a parking spot inside the building if you're renting a car. But honestly, Ubers are quick and reliable so you might not need a car. This apartment is Beach is only 3-5 mins walking distance away. Host provides beach towels and seats are available.Now the best for last: the VIEW!!! You can't beat that. The view from 2 sides of the apartment and is mesmerizing and breath taking. Both night and day views are gorgeous.I will definitely look for this place for my next time and I highly recommended.Carolina

Absolutely stunning super clean place. The view unbelievable and accessible to other hotels and restaurants. I will definitely stay at this condominium again.100% recommended

The property was decent for the value and had a nice view. I initially emailed via VRBO to see if we could check in early and did not hear a response, so had to directly text the owner for a response. Upon getting to the floor of the property, the first thing I smelled was marijuana, which was a common daily ritual from the neighbor down the hall. It was nice that we had a kitchen to make breakfast every day, but the large pan was not the greatest as the eggs constantly stuck to it. The bed was not the most comfortable. The bathroom was small and made for shorter people. Some of the bath washclothes were supposed to be white but gray from being used multiple times, and worn out and torn. The shower had draining issues, and our last day there the toilet lid screw busted; however, I made sure to take a photo of the lid and sent it to the owner. Dining room chairs were outdated and worn out. My husband and I had to do work on occasion sitting at the dining room table. We noticed that when we sat in them they were not the sturdiest and made cracking noises when we sat in them, but we did not think to check the chairs. We made sure to follow the check out instructions provided by the owner, and went above and beyond to vacuum before we left to ensure there was no sand from the beach. I received a text video from the owner of a video of a broken chair, which I was unaware of and as mentioned did not think to check. We were charged $200 for damage to an old and cheap chair.
