- 4 large double bedrooms : 2 with King-size beds (68.90"x80.71"); 1 with en suite bathroom (bed 63"x78.75") and a small balcony; 1 with a double sofa-bed (63"x77") or 2 single beds (31.50"x77" each one) and a second small balcony; with all comforts;
- a large and cozy living room (with a double sofa-bed, 63"x77") and the fully equipped kitchen (dishes, accessories, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, etc.);
- three stylish bathroom, complete with showers.
The large rooms, each with its exclusive touch, with stucco decorations and four-meter high ceilings, fully cover the needs of just a couple, two couples, or of a family, for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

The apartment flat was more than enough for a family of six adults! Spacious, comfortable and very clean! The location is a dream as we were a close walk to the Vatican, the Colosseum and every Rome attraction! We only used the Metro once at the end of trip to travel to Roma Termini with our luggage! I communicated with Giovanni and he made sure to stay in contact with us every step of the process! We were able to store our luggage at arrival and went enjoyed the city! Pizza and pasta restaurants right around the corner that were 5 out of 5 and caffès with delicious pastry and espresso right out the door!! I highly recommend this apartment flat and will definitely stay again on our next trip!!

Giovanni met us to hand over the keys and provide information about the apartment. Communication was excellent, he also assisted when I asked about transport to the airport. The apartment is in a lovely building, quiet and excellent location, easy walk to the Tiber and to the Vatican. There are lots of restaurants around, and a supermarket about three minutes away. It is clean, comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay.

This place was great for the 6 of us (3 couples). We spent 2 nights here and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space and each couple had their own bathrooms. It is also located with in walking distance to the Vatican and has several awesome restaurants close. Giovanni met us at the apartment and did a thorough walk through. He is very responsive to texts. We would definitely stay here again!
