the accomodations were nicely done -the kitchen and two new bathrooms were great- there was an enormous patio with plenty of room to enjoy the view of Constantines Arch and the Colosium with clos access blocks to downtown and multiple sites- beds comfy and great living room space too! host was easy to contact and elevator for 5 floors was a bonus -loved this place

Great place to stay very close to the Colosseum. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had an amazing large patio with beautiful flowers—great place to wind down with a cocktail after a long day of touring. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Beds were comfortable. Street was quiet at night and air conditioning worked great! Highly recommend.

As advertised…close to the Colloseum and many attractions within walking distance. View from the terrace is amazing!

This was absolutely spectacular. It is even better than we were expecting. To have your own rooftop patio overlooking the colosseum is indescribable. The views out of the windows are breathtaking. The apartment was immaculately clean and the check in process was so wonderful. Nikki met us at check in and gave an extremely helpful property tour and was so kind. We instantly felt at home and had an amazing stay. We will be recommending this property to anyone we know traveling to Rome.
