The apartment was exactly as advertised, centrally located, and a good value for the price.

We were thrilled with the apartment. Very elegant and huge. It was just as the pictures showed it but even better because of the grand spacious feeling. The furnishings are lovely and of high quality and very appropriate to the lovely apartment. The kitchen, although quite small, is very well equipped, and it is possible to prepare a meal without difficulty. The dining table is wonderful, able to seat probably 10, (although there are not 10 chairs). Federica, the owner, was extremely nice, friendly and helpful and very responsive to any requests. My concern prior to arrival was for access to the apartment for unloading luggage from the car and also the parking situation. We could easily stop for unloading in front of the apartment, and Federica supplied parking passes for on-street parking for 5 euros per day. Parking was usually available either at the apartment or in a piazza about 100 yds. away. Once during the week we had to park farther away, but that wasn’t too far. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would return very happily if we are able to return to Spoleto.

The owners met us and oriented us to the apartment. The place is light, airy, and well-maintained. The terra-cotta floors and fresco remnants are beautiful. The location is convenient to explore Spoleto. It is quiet at night. We had a pleasant stay and give it a very high recommendation.

This huge two bedroom two bathroom apartment was perfect for 2 couples. It is reminiscent of past times, with high ceilings, frescos, and antiques. But beds are comfortable and windows let beautiful breezes in during the day but close out sound at night. We had wonderful coffees at Bar Duelle just a minute from our front door.
