This place was a gem!!! We got off at the wrong train stop and had to get a taxi. The taxi driver called the hotel a couple as he was unfamiliar with the area and Lucretzia was more than helpful! She met us down the hill where the taxi driver dropped us and helped with our bags! She was amazing. The courtyard was a million dollar view and we enjoyed our breakfasts and evening wine there. Lucretzia also helped making reservations at a delightful restaurant that evening. The room was charming and very clean. We had a very relaxing stress free experience here and would definitely come back!

Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended.
