Villa Galazio is an authentic Cycladic-style villa located in Agheria, in the southern part of Paros, in a peaceful and private setting, with a private infinity pool, spacious terraces and beautiful views towards the sea and Antiparos.
The villa offers the pleasure of experiencing Paros away from the island’s busiest areas, while still being just a few minutes from the sea, the beaches and the charming village of Aliki.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Upon request and by prior arrangement, the sofa in the living room can be used to accommodate a ninth guest.
THE VILLA
The house is arranged over two levels, with bright interiors and generous outdoor living spaces.
On the ground floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with 2 separate single beds, with a full bathroom located next to the bedroom.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a double bed and its own private bathroom.
The second bedroom has 2 double bunk beds, providing a total of 4 sleeping places, and also has its own private bathroom.
The sleeping arrangements are therefore as follows:
Ground-floor bedroom, 2 single beds, sleeps 2.
Upstairs double bedroom, 1 double bed, sleeps 2.
Second upstairs bedroom, 2 double bunk beds, sleeps 4.
Standard maximum occupancy, 8 guests.
Upon request and by prior arrangement with the owner, a ninth guest can be accommodated using the sofa in the living room.
POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING
The outdoor areas are one of the most distinctive features of Villa Galazio.
The private infinity pool, exclusively for the use of the villa’s guests, is surrounded by terraces and furnished areas where you can relax and spend the day outdoors.
The spacious terraces offer open views across the Cycladic landscape, the sea and towards Antiparos, with particularly beautiful sunsets.
A large outdoor dining area, with a table suitable for larger groups and a dedicated space for preparing meals, makes it possible to enjoy outdoor living from breakfast through to dinner.
This is a part of the house to which we are particularly attached and which perfectly reflects the pleasure of spending a holiday in the Cyclades.
LOCATION
Villa Galazio is located in Agheria, in the southern part of Paros, in a peaceful and private setting.
Aliki can be reached in approximately 4 minutes by car. The village retains the atmosphere of a traditional Cycladic village, with its small harbour, waterfront tavernas, restaurants, shops and beaches.
Paros Airport is approximately 3 km from the villa, while the property itself enjoys a peaceful setting.
From Villa Galazio, the beaches along the southern coast are easily accessible and, by car, you can explore the entire island, from Parikia and Naoussa to the traditional villages of the interior.

Villa Galazio is particularly suitable for families and groups of friends looking for space, privacy and independence.
Its location allows guests to alternate relaxing days at the villa and by the pool with days spent discovering the island’s beaches and villages.

For our family, the bedrooms and layout of the property were fantastic. Although more traditional, the villa has all the modern elements for a very comfortable stay. Looking forward to coming back to the beautiful island of Paros.

If we could give 6 stars we would. This place is just amazing. One of the best vacations we ever had, and we travel a LOT. Just above the little fishing town of Aliki, this house has incredible 180 degree views, which are best enjoyed from the brand new, gorgeous infinity pool (long enough to swim decent laps). The house has everything you need, two comfortable bedrooms for two persons and one upstairs for 4 in 2 bunk beds. Ideal for two families with smaller kids who like to share a room. We were just 4 and found it super comfortable for our needs. Marco the landlord is super responsive and helpful, and so is Katerina who manages the property on the ground. We highly highly recommend this beautiful place.

Surrounded by the typical Greek vegetation and with a breathtaking view, Villa Galazio was really a beautiful choice.
The house is located in the western part of the island, close to Aliki.
The house welcomes you in a large, very spacious and bright living room. The view of the panorama captures you immediately and invites you to go out on the large and beautiful terrace. We fell in love with it in a few seconds !!
The kitchen is very large and comfortable to use, equipped with all the comforts and utensils.
Upstairs we find the sleeping area, also overlooking the blue sea of Paros and another more intimate dedicated terrace.
Each room, three in total, has a private bathroom with shower.
The decor is absolutely in Greek style and very nice, like being at home. All the windows have mosquito nets, a precious detail on summer nights.
The area, slightly inland and raised, allows you to enjoy a perfect and windy climate, especially in the evening.
Very quiet area for a good sleep.
Last but not least we found an extremely clean house and there is a reserved parking space in front of the property for the car.
We had a great time and will definitely be back.
Marco, the owner, very kind, also suggested some areas to visit absolutely and recommended us the best restaurants.
