VILLA GALAZIO, PRIVATE POOL, SEA VIEWS AND SUNSETS OVER ANTIPAROS

Villa Galazio is an authentic Cycladic-style villa located in Agheria, in the southern part of Paros, in a peaceful and private setting, with a private infinity pool, spacious terraces and beautiful views towards the sea and Antiparos.

The villa offers the pleasure of experiencing Paros away from the island’s busiest areas, while still being just a few minutes from the sea, the beaches and the charming village of Aliki.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Upon request and by prior arrangement, the sofa in the living room can be used to accommodate a ninth guest.

THE VILLA

The house is arranged over two levels, with bright interiors and generous outdoor living spaces.

On the ground floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with 2 separate single beds, with a full bathroom located next to the bedroom.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a double bed and its own private bathroom.

The second bedroom has 2 double bunk beds, providing a total of 4 sleeping places, and also has its own private bathroom.

The sleeping arrangements are therefore as follows:

Ground-floor bedroom, 2 single beds, sleeps 2.

Upstairs double bedroom, 1 double bed, sleeps 2.

Second upstairs bedroom, 2 double bunk beds, sleeps 4.

Standard maximum occupancy, 8 guests.

Upon request and by prior arrangement with the owner, a ninth guest can be accommodated using the sofa in the living room.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING

The outdoor areas are one of the most distinctive features of Villa Galazio.

The private infinity pool, exclusively for the use of the villa’s guests, is surrounded by terraces and furnished areas where you can relax and spend the day outdoors.

The spacious terraces offer open views across the Cycladic landscape, the sea and towards Antiparos, with particularly beautiful sunsets.

A large outdoor dining area, with a table suitable for larger groups and a dedicated space for preparing meals, makes it possible to enjoy outdoor living from breakfast through to dinner.

This is a part of the house to which we are particularly attached and which perfectly reflects the pleasure of spending a holiday in the Cyclades.

LOCATION

Villa Galazio is located in Agheria, in the southern part of Paros, in a peaceful and private setting.

Aliki can be reached in approximately 4 minutes by car. The village retains the atmosphere of a traditional Cycladic village, with its small harbour, waterfront tavernas, restaurants, shops and beaches.

Paros Airport is approximately 3 km from the villa, while the property itself enjoys a peaceful setting.

From Villa Galazio, the beaches along the southern coast are easily accessible and, by car, you can explore the entire island, from Parikia and Naoussa to the traditional villages of the interior.

EXPERIENCING PAROS

Villa Galazio is particularly suitable for families and groups of friends looking for space, privacy and independence.

Its location allows guests to alternate relaxing days at the villa and by the pool with days spent discovering the island’s beaches and villages.

Villa Galazio is managed in accordance with Greek legislation applicable to short-term holiday rentals.

The property has the safety equipment and documentation required under applicable legislation, including ΥΔΕ electrical installation certification, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, first-aid equipment and liability insurance.

The property also undergoes the necessary periodic maintenance and safety checks.
