The "Giorgio" loft consists of a large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful private bank.
The rooms guarantee maximum comfort, they are bright and spacious. The first has a very large double bed and the other one very comfortable single beds. You can even match the single beds. You'll end beautiful and spacious bathrooms.
The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will also have access to the private terrace on canal.
- It's ground floor flat. You can easily access your luggage from the private bank or from the door on the street.
- You will have digital check-in and check-out: it's simple, smart and safe! (H24)
- You can leave your luggage until the end of the day, for free.
THE AREA
Preferred by all the Venetians, Castello is the liveliest sestiere in Venice.
The lofts are a 5-minute walk (without bridges) from the "Hospital" stop, easily reachable by public transport from the airport and the train station.
Taxis, however, will always be in the living room thanks to the beautiful private bank.
In the area (500 m) you will find 2 supermarkets, baker, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and local taverns.

Beautiful Venice apartment on the canal!! We were so happy with the apartment. It was immaculate. The bathrooms were so clean, the beds so comfortable and the view from outside the loft door to thr canal was spectacular! We are out on the deck every morning. What a wonderful time we had staying there.

This was our second time staying here. We love the dock and the space. It's nice to stay in a quieter, more residential neighborhood. The host, Enrico, is very kind and very helpful with storing luggage after checkout and coordinating water taxis.

Great location. The canal was fantastic. The owner was awesome in that He helped us get a private water taxi to the train station. He communicated well. Great place to stay!!!
