House consisting of two apartments
Ground-floor apartment for 4 people in a single-family home, just a few minutes from St. Mark’s Square. Private garden. Quiet, well-connected, and typically Venetian residential neighborhood. Accessible by vaporetto with a short walk.
The space
The apartment, furnished in a typical Venetian style, is located on the first floor of a detached house, just a few minutes from St. Mark’s Square and the Biennale. It is easily accessible by public transportation with a short walk (ACTV stops: Arsenale or San Zaccaria).
It consists of two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds); 1 bathroom; living room with a view of the garden; kitchen (gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishes). Equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, and independent heating.
IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT THE ENTIRE VILLA (GROUND FLOOR + 1ST FLOOR).
Guest access
The Ca Pavoni villa is entirely owned by the host. Guests will be granted access to and use of the reserved apartment(s) (1st floor and/or first floor).

2019 UPDATE: New Venice City Council rates for the Tourist Tax (IDS), effective as of 01.01.2019. Upon arrival, guests must pay the IDS in cash, and a receipt will be issued. Current rates can be found on the website: https://www.comune.venezia.it/it/content/imposta-di-soggiorno-0

Location was great! Coffee and pastries were so close and a restaurant with very nice waiters. Shopping, St Mark’s Square and Doge’s Palace so conveniently located that no one got lost

This location is very convenient and close to everything you can think of. Fabio was great with communication and giving tips on getting around Venice. We enjoyed the location.

Excellent place to stay in Venice. Perfectly situated, quiet place, the apartment had everything we wanted and needed and more. Supermarket, neighbourhood bar, etc very close by. We loved it here during our week stay. We will definitely come back to this house. The host is amazing, a local that knows a lot about Venice. Super good service. Thank you so much. 5 stars!!!
