My daughter and grandaughters came to visit from Ohio. The size of the house was good for us. Access to the beach was great. A quick 5 min walk and your at the beach There is a dollar store, 7/11, and several restaurants in close proximity. We had lots of fun!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. House is spacious and nicely equipped with most of what you need for an enjoyable stay. House was clean, but the floors could use a mopping. Our socks were turning black on the bottoms upon arrival (we always remove our shoes indoors), but I found a Swiffer duster and dry pads and went over everything a few times to get most of it up. Having the garage for storage of all the beach items is great. The neighbors that are there permanently seemed nice as well. New smyrna beach is a great town to stay in. A lot of great locally owned restaurants to choose from. House is just a short walk to the beach, but there is parking near the beach ramp if you need to be closer.
