INSTANT RELAXATION - This beautiful updated condo that sleeps 2 guests maximum. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. The condo includes one queen bed and is just steps away from relaxing lake and pool adventures and a Pickleball court (bring your own equipment)!
This is a great place to stay to enjoy the lake and the beautiful scenery that Farr Shores Condominium complex has to offer. The condo features a panoramic view of the lake from the panoramic wall of windows. Please be advised there are no window coverings so that you can truly enjoy the view.
Farr Shores is just 8 minutes away from the convenience and amenities of the exciting historic Hot Springs but also just far enough away from town to enjoy that outdoorsy, secluded feeling. From the boardwalk, you can fish or swim, or take a evening walk and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets the lake has to offer. Additionally, the famous and beautiful Garvan Gardens is just around the bend (3 miles).
This is a very clean, comfortable place to relax and enjoy the amazing view on the best part of Lake Hamilton.
The condo has all the amenities you will need. Just bring your personal items, food and drinks!
1 bedroom, 1 bath lakefront condo. Downstairs. No stairs to enter. Note: There are no window coverings in the den area so that guests can enjoy the panoramic view of the lake. It has one queen size bed. Deck has a comfortable table, chairs, and a electric grill to enjoy and dine over the lake view. This condo is in the building located close to the swimming pool. ***NON-SMOKING (NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON PORCH)***NO PETS ALLOWED***Due to the pet allergies of the owner while staying in their unit, support animals are not allowed. NO GAS OR CHARCOAL GRILLS ALLOWED. CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 p.m. and CHECK OUT IS AT 11:00 a.m.. Security surveillance devices are onsite and monitor the outside areas of the front and back doors only.
Note: The Lake Authority does an annual draw down on the lake from November until March which, depending on the amount they draw down, may affect the water being all the way to the boardwalk. There will still be a water view regardless.

Everything was marvelous especially the view. I live in a stand alone home so the sound of a toddler above us was hard to drown out, but we tolerated it. Would have loved a recliner and a king sized bed, but we are older and like our space, married for 40 years. The host was the best I have ever encountered, very informative, polite and responds quickly to questions. The accommodations were on spot, wish we would have visited when it was warmer, the pool looked inviting. The overall visit was just what we needed. We loved Hot Springs as well, many things to see and do.

This space is exactly as the pictures show. The hosts are pleasant and assist immediately should you have questions. The view is amazing. Relaxing and peaceful is what you will find here. Price is very affordable. The place has any and everything you use at home for day to day living. There was no kureig machine but hubby and I improvised and still made our coffee and tea with appliances provided.Beautiful place. Thanks again to the hosts.Stacy and Pearl

3 incidents related to the condo in a short stay is not very good, but o know things happen so I’mNot going to give u a bad review about it, but curtains that open and close across the back for privacy seems like a good idea. Twice I was sitting on the sofa in my night clothes and saw people walking by on the back dock. At night it was a little creepy so we turned the lights off when we watched TV.
