Newly Renovated and ready to be booked! 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath with stunning views of Little Sabine Bay. Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club 3B sleeps 4. Relax in the perfect beach condo, 3rd-floor unit in Paradise. The kitchen is an open overlooking the beautiful water views. This kitchen offers everything you will need to feel right at home. The Primary offers a king bed and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate sleeping for 4 guests. For indoor meals and entertaining there is a lovely high bistro set and two bar stools or you can head out to the balcony for dining while enjoying the best sunset or sunrise. The spacious, balcony is a wonderful place to start the day with your morning coffee. Watch Sabine Bay come alive with Large Charter boats headed out to the Gulf for a day of fishing, and paddle boarders and kayakers taking advantage of the wonderful Florida sun. At day’s end marvel at the spectacular sunsets that melt into the horizon leaving behind the tranquil lights surrounding Sabine Bay. After nightfall watch the bay glow in rainbow hues with the newest Pensacola Beach attraction, Glow Paddle. There is a great size pool looking out over Sabine Bay, tennis court and great little gym area on the bottom level. Once you park your car, you won’t need it again until it is time to head home! The boardwalk and famous Casino Beach are just a 5-minute car ride away. In season you can enjoy a ride on the free beach trolley! To satisfy your adventurous side, there are outlets for charter fishing, dolphin and sailing cruises, parasailing, go-carts, and rental shops offering jet skis, bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and more! The unit was very nice, and the management was super easy to communicate with. The only issue was beach access. It wasn't directly across from the unit, and we couldn't locate where it actually was.
