About this apartment rental
1205 is a luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1427 square feet unit with a 141 square feet balcony space (unit on 12th floor with a magnificent Gulf View). Unit has been recently updated with new patio and living room furniture. Kitchen has a regular drip coffee maker. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom with a custom shower, and a separate jetted tub and marble countertops. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a guest bathroom has a custom made walk-in shower. Bedrooms are carpeted, kitchen, hallway and living room is tiled throughout. Unit occupancy is 4 people. One set of beach chairs is included with the unit rental!

Coral Reef never disappoints!!Management, everyone is supper friendly and very helpful. Our unit, this time only, was not as clean. Dishwasher had the dishes still in it and there was trash in the master bathroom still. Ceiling fans need cleaning and the washer was full of sand. Unit smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. All forgivable due to hard to get help anywhere. We will definitely still go back. We love Coral Reef.🥰
