House was fantastic with tons of ammenities for beach activities. Communication with Steven was great.

This house is very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Its location with regard to the beaches we like is perfect. It has a beautiful patio and large yard for family enjoyment.

Great outside space with plenty of bedrooms for all!

We had 7 people stay at this house, all in separate rooms. It is in a quiet neighborhood with not much traffic. It is a short drive to local beaches, and a further drive to places like Hyannis, Provincetown, Chatham, etc. It is a two mile bicycle ride on roads to the nearest entrance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We enjoyed the open kitchen/dining room/living room setup. While we did not spend time outside, there is a concrete pad with nice outdoor furniture, as well as additional furniture off of the pad. If we take another trip to Cape Cod, we will definitely plan to stay at this house again. Oh, and the home host is very friendly and pleasant to deal with over the phone, and via text/email.
