About this apartment rental
Breathtaking oceanfront view from the most desirable condo building in the heart of Kailua-Kona Village. New kitchen in 2026. Air conditioner in 2025. This third floor 1 bedroom 2 bath corner unit is beautiful in every detail. Remodeled and well maintained. From the quartzite counter tops in the kitchen to the tile flooring to the teak tables and chairs on the lanai, this unit really shines. In both directions there are countless shops, delightful restaurants, bars with live music, a farmers market, historical sites, beaches, and more, all within walking distance of this beautiful condo. From your lanai you can watch tourists walking by as they explore the town, canoe clubs practicing, cruise ships when they are in town, spinner dolphins in the bay some mornings, humpback whales sometimes in the winter, and athletes competing in the world famous IRONMAN Triathlon in October, all without ever leaving your condo. The common area includes a large, well-maintained swimming pool and barbecue. The kitchen is well stocked. The condo comes with a free assigned parking space.
Please note that because the condo is among restaurants and shops, you will hear pedestrians and vehicles through dinner time. It usually gets quiet after 9:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 PM on weekends, an d with the new air conditioning you have the option to close the lanai glass sliders to shut out noise.
Discounts (applied to nightly rate): 10% for 7+ days, 15% for 28+ days, additional 5% for guests who have previously rented from us (send us an inquiry if you are requesting a returning guest discount so that we can prepare you a custom quotation).

Everything was great just a little tricky going to get keys. A very kind resident assisted and then it was a piece of cake. Very tastefully decorated and great stock of items. Only negative was street can have some very noisy cars! View is absolutely magnificent!!!

Bed had a tempurpedic mattress, linens and pillows were comfortable and clean. AC units worked good. Showers were clean and had warm water. Stocked with items you like to bring to Hawaii but is not practical to pack. Was nicely decorated. Host was very good with communication. Location was within walking distance of restaurants and activities. Parking was easy. Overall great accommodations!

The room was very nice and clean. The pool and bbq was nice also. The shops and restaurants were mostly in walking distance. The view from the room was spectacular.I would gladly stay there again. Thank you.

This is one of the best short-term rentals I have stayed in. It was clean and comfortable. It was smartly designed and furnished--it felt like being at home. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the showers were luxurious. The host was an excellent communicator. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars, and the view is unbeatable. Highly recommend!
