Place was right on the water, beautiful views. There is a beach access pass the next building over, not much of a beach at the condo as the water comes right up the sandbags at the building. That didn’t bother us though. The condo was cleaned, I do wish there were ice trays in the freezer as there is no ice maker. Christina was awesome to work with very responsive l, we had an issue with the pull out couch and she quickly acted to have someone come and fix it. Over all a good stay with the family.

Wonderful place, wonderful hosts. Despite cold snowy weather many walks on the beach. The host was very helpful with our special needs. Prompt and understanding. We stayed 4 weeks. The condo was very homey. Perfect setup. Very comfortable beds. And CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! Thank you for a fantastic stay.

This is definitely not a place I'd recommend to friends. It was not cleaned well at all. Floors were dirty, walls dusty, and shower with mold. The refrigerator is old with zero ice maker or even ice trays to make ice. Kitchen utensils... only 2 butter knives in the drawers so that was an issue. The air conditioners are so loud, it disrupts TV watching in the living room. The balcony doors don't lock. Be sure to bring toilet paper, as you get one roll to share. The clogged rain gutters cause water to fall on you if you’re on the balcony. We enjoyed the best we could with what we had but would definitely recommend a preferred host next time. Just my opinion, but when on vacation, it's much nicer to have hosts make conveniences like extra rolls of toilet paper and ice available to renters.
