We absolutely loved our stay here! It is in a lovely and walkable part of Ballard, a Seattle neighborhood we really love. Mario and Monica made everything about the property very clear and provided everything we needed for a week-long stay. If you'd like to use the bikes, make sure you ask ahead of time to confirm that they are ready to be used. Also, be aware that because this is a basement property, it does not get much natural light. But the backyard is lovely, the King bed was a nice perk, and the parking spot was a huge plus. We highly recommend this property!!

This place was wonderful!!! Easy to get around by foot or driving...bars and restaurants nearby. The place was the most stocked vrbo, they thought of everything!!! The fireplace was nice to take the chill off during those rainy Seattle evenings. I can't sat enough good things about this place. 5 stars!!!

This was a great rental everything was in order, great commication, easy to find and everything was labeled! Which i found that to be be very helpful! Well-done. The only thing I would recommend is adding a toaster oven for people that dont like to microwave due to radiation.
