*Wake up to Oaxaca: Enjoy a complimentary, authentic local hot chocolate tasting on the morning of your choice.
*Customized breakfasts can be curated and arranged daily for an additional fee.
*Enjoy our pool and jacuzzi with a waterfall, massage jets, and ambient lighting—all easily managed via a user-friendly control display. The jacuzzi doubles as a splash pool by default.
Heating:
• Solar: A 29-panel system maintains 30°C+ (86°F+) year-round.
• High-Heat: For a high-heat Jacuzzi experience (40°C+ / 104°F+) or guaranteed warmth after sunset, an optional gas heater is available for an extra fee.
24-hour advance notice is required to prepare the system.
Useful information:
✿ The birds in the aviary and gardens need to be fed and watered daily, so our staff will stop by the outdoor areas between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to care for them and keep the space sparkling. Your privacy remains our top priority!
Meet our resident peacock: He usually comes out to enjoy the gardens in the mornings. He’s very used to people, but if you’d prefer him to stay in the aviary, just let us know. We’ll handle his schedule for you, so you can just sit back and enjoy the view!
✿ Cleaning service, breakfasts, in-house mezcal tasting, private transportation, personalized tours and whatever you might need can be arranged ahead of your arrival at an additional cost paid to trusted local providers.
✿ Early check-in and late check-out are always granted when possible, please request in advance so we can verify availability. Subject to changes. Earlier than 12 noon can’t be always guaranteed.

The home is in a residential neighborhood, but is a peaceful place to relax after exploring el centro. The home, grounds and pool were beautiful and had plenty of space for two families with children. Everyone enjoyed cooking at home, hanging out with the peacock, and swimming in the pool. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay - pool towels, cookware, Bluetooth speaker, hairdryers, etc. The host was also very helpful, checking in to make sure we did not need anything.
We found several good restaurants we could walk to nearby, but having a rental car was helpful to go to the grocery, for day trips, and to get downtown.
Would highly recommend.

We had an incredible time staying at this dream property, everything is so well set so guests can enjoy every single space.
This home, as it name indicates, is really unique in Oaxaca (3rd time visiting this lovely city), so comfortable, peaceful, beautiful, cozy, and I can keep describing it and never ending.
The host really knows what he's doing and made sure we had a perfect time at the city and the property.
BEST VACATION HOME WE'VE EVER STAYED !!! BOOK IT NOW.

We had a terrific stay in San Felipe del Agua, Oaxaca. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The hosts were also terrific and responded quickly to any question we had. Great stay.

The house and grounds are beautiful, the beds are all old, uncomfortable and in need of replacement, The property is in a remote neighborhood, not close to any restaurants, stores, shops, markets, Must have a car, and speak Spanish to get around
