Adrian's Den is located in the heart of beautiful Wintergreen in Virginia, which has tons to do for all ages, year-round. The ski slopes are a 15 min walk or a 2 min drive. All the dining and entertainment at Wintergreen is just a few minutes' drive. Some of the best hiking trails in the state are off the Blue Ridge Parkway (15 minutes from the home), plus there are other great trails right in Wintergreen. Also nearby are two sandy-beach-entrance lakes plus a community pool for swimming, and over dozen wineries, breweries, and distilleries- all within a 15-30 minute drive.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the layout as follows:

Outside:

- The deck has year-round fantastic views, and features a hot tub, smokeless fire pit (Solo stove) with comfy seating, and Blackstone propane griddle.

Main level:

- Living room with soaring ceilings, large windows facing the view, wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), massive sectional, and big screen smart TV
- Dining area for 8, plus room for 4 more at the kitchen bar
- Fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and bar seating
- BR1: King bedroom with great views
- Hall full bath
- Laundry room / mud room with additional refrigerator

Upper level:

- BR2: Master king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony

Lower level:

- Second living room with propane fireplace, 65" TV, card table, and sectional couch
- BR3: Queen bedroom
- BR4: Bunk room with 2 sets of full-over-full bunks plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed (6 beds total in this room)
- Hall full bathroom

Other things to note:

- Adrian's Den is pet friendly! We allow up to 2 pets with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night).
- Wintergreen offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course, golfing, and much more.
- Motorcycles are not permitted at Wintergreen Resort
- The driveway can fit 5-6 vehicles. There is additional overflow parking available at Wintergreen if needed.
- We have complementary EV charging in our driveway.
- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and deck.
- The main living room, downstairs living room, and upstairs primary suite (BR2) have smart TVs where you can access whatever streaming services you subscribe to. We do not subscribe to cable.
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options
- Linens and towels provided
- Guests can enjoy free community pool access in the summer season (though the HOA rules stipulate no more than 6 guests at a time, and the permitted hours are 2-6pm).
- We provide yoga mats, resistance bands, foam roller, ab-roller, and small weights for anyone looking to do some exercising.
- 2 Pack n plays, high chair, and kid dishes provided
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.
