Enjoy Colorado sunshine in this stylish studio with a king bed, hand-scraped maple floors, and a south-facing deck. Ski in via Four O’Clock Run and walk just 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift. Only two blocks from Main Street, with pool and hot tub access nearby.
This cozy, top-floor studio (about 300 square feet) is perfect for couples or two friends. The main area features a comfortable king bed, a loveseat, and a 43-inch flat-screen TV with HD cable, DVD player, and a small library of DVDs. A high-top dining table for two sits beside the kitchenette, which includes a two-burner stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and mini fridge—ideal for light cooking. Throughout the condo (except the bathroom) are hand-scraped solid maple floors, complemented by maple cupboards and a cedar accent wall in the entry.
Large south-facing windows and the sliding glass door fill the unit with natural light and open onto the private deck. Guests can ski directly back to the condo via the Four O’Clock Run, then walk 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift. The lift typically opens before Thanksgiving, with skiing down to the lift available in early December and ski-back to the condo usually possible by mid-December. It normally closes around mid-April, depending on snow conditions; after that, Peak 8 is accessible by bus or gondola.
Guests have access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs, just a short 1.5 block walk away. Swimmers can pass under a connecting wall to enjoy the outdoor section year-round. Pool and hot tub facilities are closed from mid/late September until Thanksgiving and again from mid-April until Memorial Day. Dates vary due to schedule maintenance, so please confirm if your stay overlaps these times. In 2026 the pool will reopen on memorial day for the summer season.
Like most Breckenridge properties, the condo does not have air conditioning. July is typically the warmest month, with daytime highs rarely above 75°F and evenings cooling into the 50s. Multiple fans are provided for comfort.
Just two blocks from historic Main Street Breckenridge, you’ll be close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. For peace of mind, we encourage guests to consider travel insurance, such as Travel Guard, which offers plans including “cancel for any reason” coverage.

Great location to ski hills. Small room but bed comfortable. Patio chairs were cracked but I notified owners and I’m sure they will be replaced and ready for next renters. I would have liked to sit out more but unable to do so. Nice pool area. We saw lots of moose in the neighborhood very cool experience,

WAY too small with a huge bed that takes up most of the room. Small 2seater couch mashed up against bed. Had a hallway kitchen You could cook there. All the tools you need, but crammed into. the hallway. TINY square bath room w tiny shower. Almost no room to set anything. Hot tub and small pool had to be driven to. Too far for us to walk. You would have really wanted a real walk. It was pretty clean and was done attractively. We left a night early due to the size. They could have cared less about our concerns.
