Welcome to Sun Plaza West Beachfront Condominiums. This complex is ON the beach. It doesn’t get better than that. This beautiful bright 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo allows enjoyment of sunrise coffee on your balconies & sunsets right out your front door on the white sandy beach of Anna Maria Island. This beachfront retreat is in a prime location. You can choose to cook in our fully equipped kitchen or dine out. You are walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. The FREE Trolley stop is within walking distance.

Perfect for a family of four! Michael provided great information for arrival and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Could not ask for a more responsive and kind host! Located right on the beach (beach is not crowded in front of the place at all, sand is soft, waters safe to swim). It’s far enough from the public beaches that there are less people using it. Provided beach towels along with everything you would need for a day at the beach! We didn’t use the bikes but those are provided also. Close walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Close to trolley stops which we definitely used (just know that trolley tends to run late on the weekends in particular because of traffic). Beds were very comfortable (bunk beds were sturdy) and A/C works well! Kitchen had anything you might need and the place was very clean and organized! Provided many essentials including dishwasher detergent, hand soap, shampoo, adequate toilet paper and paper towels! The complex was quiet and only heard people above us once (and I think it was when that unit was being cleaned). Pool is beautiful and has bathrooms available next to the pool. Tennis courts were also nice (and rackets provided in the unit). Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent trip to AMI! Michael was a great host and very responsive. Condo is decorated nicely and had everything that we needed for the week.

The condo was very clean and organized. Our host was kind enough to check in with us to make sure all was well, and it was. The beautiful beach was just steps away and there were shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. For our more adventurous days the island trolly stop was a short walk. We loved our vacation on Anna Maria Island and this was the perfect place to call home.

Michael’s communication was fantastic. He checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was perfect for our needs and provided us a family atmosphere while on vacation. The beach was absolutely anmazing. Michael had all of the necessary beach accessories that we needed to have an amazing time in the sand. Anna Maria Island is truly a perfect spot for beach lovers. It has a small town feel to it yet opens up to the Gulf and a never-ending horizon of sea. We will absolutely stay here again. I couldn’t recommend it enough.
