About this house rental

Close to cycling, fishing, and more, this smoke-free vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 3-minute drive to Fashion Island or the 10-minute drive to Balboa Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient covered onsite parking in the meantime).

As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental, you'll find a BBQ grill and an office. Connect to the free WiFi, or get cozy in front of the cable/satellite TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and shampoo. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. This place was perfect for what we needed on this trip. Very comfortable, private, and well equipped location. We had some questions along the way and fmthr host was very attentive in assisting us throughout the check in process. Parking was easy and close to all the local attractions. We would stay here again.

The unit was fairly well equipped - especially the kitchen. Great location and Garage parking much appreciated. Unfortunately the internet did not work well, and we had no heat the first night - 24 hour contact said they would contact us and they never did. Had to call again in the morning and finally got it fixed. Also faucets in bathroom are loose and in danger of falling off, and dryer did not work.
