This loft was perfect with attention to detail—from the amazing drywall work to meticulous paint job. Felt like someone’s home with quality appliances and special touches. Loved the location above the pedestrian street of a quaint, patriotic little town. Convenient to everything. Be sure to use the VRBO app for communication as I did have to call host at check-in. She was very responsive. I had not used app much—my fault.

This was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Location was phenomenal but, even more importantly, the loft was lovely. It was extremely well appointed, very clean, cozy and comfy! Highly recommend. Plus, contact with the host was great. Responsive and professional!

Had a great time visiting Utica. This property is right on mill st. With lots of places to eat and shop. Will come back again
