This spacious two-story resort-style condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the sparkling community pool from two private balconies, making it the perfect place to relax and soak in the beauty of Anna Maria Island.

Inside, you'll find a bright and comfortable coastal retreat featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Whether you're preparing a family meal or enjoying takeout after a day at the beach, everything you need is right at your fingertips.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, twin bed, and flat-screen TV, while a sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations for up to six guests.

Spend your days lounging by the heated pool and spa, playing tennis or shuffleboard, walking the sugar-white sands of Holmes Beach, or simply relaxing on your private balcony while enjoying unforgettable sunsets and refreshing Gulf breezes.

House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Parking – One assigned covered parking space.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
• Professionally Managed – This property is proudly managed by Florida Dreams Realty of Anna Maria Island.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
