The property is only 5 years old & the furniture is all new. So please try to take care of the property. Also very close to many restaurants, Amarillo civic cents & downtown. 15 minutes from the Rick husband airport.

Overall, the place was great. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the fenced yard was perfect for our little dogs.

we didn't cook at the house. the drains in the bathtubs would keep about 2" of water in them at all times while taking a shower and would not drain out. the two futons that were supposed to be in the living room to sleep on was just two recliners off the sofa that just laid back like a recliner. I think that it should have been noted as a 3-bedroom house. it was a little cold in the master bedroom, and the heater keep going down and shutting off. beds were good just need to have more blankets in case they are needed to keep people warm. the TV in the master bedroom could not get it to work.
