About this apartment rental
I have been coming to the island for years and had always have to pay $200.00 plus a night for a pet friendly villa until I bought one for myself and my adopted fur baby to enjoy. I take my dog to Burke's Beach with plenty of free parking and to state park around the lake under 1.3 miles from the house. Condo is conveniently located between Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks, so you can enjoy the walk with your dog and coffee in the morning. My rental has work station if you need to work from home. There are three TV. My rental comes with three bikes, so you don't necessarily have to rent them. You will feel like home. This property is 1.3 miles from a public beach. There are 3 public beaches near the area. There are also 3 state parks within less than 3 miles. Guests can enjoy seasonal community pool.

Beautiful townhouse and excellent communication! Loved every minute that we spent there, and really wished we could’ve stayed longer. The hostess was fantastic in her communication and went above and beyond in making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including some really great restaurant recommendations. The only thing I would note is that the two bedrooms are both upstairs. Wouldn’t be a problem, typically, except for I was with my elderly mother. But we managed. She said that she got her exercise for the year on the weekend that we stayed there

My wife, daughter and our pup stayed at this wonderful place and it was perfect for our little family. Yelena was an incredible host and made sure everything was always great throughout the entirety of our stay. She also made check-in super smooth and sent a list of to-do’s while on the island that were perfect for our family. The condo made us feel right at home from the second we walked in. 10/10 would recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, plenty of appliances, items for cooking and towels, etc. our dog was very content there.Only drawback would be people take your reserved parking spots.Wonderful hostess!
