About this apartment rental
Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet oceanfront stylish studio on the Long Beach peninsula. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Walk on the sand and collect shells, take a relaxing stroll on the boardwalk, or to the pier, paddleboard and kayak in Alamitos Bay, share a romantic gondola.
Close to LAX, John Wayne and Long Beach airports, Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, and more. Or just sit on the patio to relax and watch the kiteboarders and gorgeous sunsets, maybe you'll see a green flash.
Our beach unit is a large spacious studio apartment that accommodates 2 adults (and 2 children) with a very comfortable king size bed, plus a double bed if you need to bring the kids). The bathroom has a large shower. The Kitchenette has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, keriqu coffee maker and a hot water pot. (But not a full kitchen, no stove, no oven, no sink) Fast internet (500 mps) and a large screen TV 55 inch (Nextflix, Vudu, Amazon video, YouTube, Spectrum, sign in via your internet apps).
Oceanfront patio with Day bed and rattan chair, table, & BBQ. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys are provided. Free parking on the street is available
The property is completely Non-Smoking (cigarette, vape, pot) both inside the apartment and on the porch. Smoking on the premises will result in a fee of $250.00. You may smoke on the street or away from the property.
No pets allowed. $250 fine if a animal is found on the property during your stay. *We keep our units pet free for the future guest and their possible allergy concerns. If a dog is bought to the unit we have to have the carpets clean and the unit complete sanitized so we can offer a pet free environment. Which also takes an extra day to prepare again for the next guests. Thus this is why the $250 pet fee is charged.
No gatherings or parties are allowed and no loud noises or music; Guests must be 25 years old to book the property. Please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet neighborhood.
The studio is an attached separate apartment within a 3-story triplex home. Access is through an outside electronic keypad entry to a separate apartment residence. There are four additional doors inside the unit: 1) locked closet, 2) heater access, 3) accessway (closed, deadbolted, blocked by a refrigerator) 4) accessway (closed, deadbolted, blocked by a clothes rack).
The Host lives on the premises in another unit in the triplex and is available to help or answer questions at any time. The patio deck is shared. Two areas and a table in the middle. The studio has a rattan day bed as in the photos and rattan chair

We had a wonderful stay here, it was sp much more than I expected and I can't wait to come back! This location was close to so many restaurants, and a grocery store which was perfect. It was so nice to just walk outside and have direct access to the beach. There's even your own private sitting area, which allowed a lot of fresh air and relaxation. The host was incredible! She checked in on me several times just to make sure our stay was up to par. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, and the room was just perfect for my me and my husband. We had an amazing trip.

As mentioned in the listing, parking can be, entertaining, but there are usually openings a little further down, requiring a walk back. Still absolutely worth it. Loved going to sleep and waking up with my head less than 20 feet from the sand. You can actually see the Queen Mary off the patio, and the activity on the ocean is always fun to watch. I would definitely stay here again. It's maybe half an hour to either LAX or SNA. Maybe 15 minutes drive to Huntginton Beach.

Everything you need is provided, you only need to bring the your clothes. Kim is a great host, this is the second time staying at this property and will come again.,

The room was great. Just enough for a couple of nights on a solo trip. Shower was awesome. Clean. Everything you need. Kim was easy and great to communicate with. The only thing is the beach, which is NOT the owners fault. Maybe I came on an off time, but it was gross. The city should do way better. So littered. I wouldn’t have my daughter play on that beach at all. The place to stay itself and the owner is GREAT. The city should be ashamed as to how gross that beach is.
