I rent for at least a month every year. I have enjoyed the convenience of the location to all our favorites. During November they schedule all the big maintenance jobs, which is a bit unnerving. They had to enter our unit 3 separate times and the parking deck was a free for all. The mattress in the master was a cloth covered spring set. I could handle for a weekend, but not a month. I had to bring a mattress topper 😐. The staff in the past has always been super helpful in helping me reserve for the next year, but it really seemed like they couldn't care less. I also think the "registration fee" is just another way to get more $ from each guest, you HAVE to park your car. This year 3 other family members booked a month because I always do....I am looking at other places now.
