The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home in Paradise Palms Resort – a spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse with high-speed Wi-Fi and room for 10, just a short walk from the clubhouse.
SLEEPING: a king main suite with private bathroom, a first-floor king bedroom with shared bathroom, a queen bedroom with shared bathroom, and a Mickey Mouse-themed room with two full beds and shared bathroom – great for kids and cousins.
LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family breakfasts, comfortable dining and living areas, and laundry facilities on site.
OUTDOORS: your very own private screened pool with covered lanai – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival.
RESORT: Paradise Palms' clubhouse with its large resort-style pool is only steps away.
LOCATION: 9 minutes to Walmart, 20 minutes to Disney, 27 minutes to the Premium Outlets and 35 minutes to Universal.
Guest Access:
The whole townhouse is yours to enjoy – private pool, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom and living area. Registered guests also get to enjoy the Paradise Palms Resort clubhouse and resort pool (all guest names must be registered before arrival). Free parking at the townhouse.
The Neighborhood:
Established in 2007, Paradise Palms is a gated resort-style community in Kissimmee, Florida, with spacious townhomes and single-family homes – all with private screened pools and covered lanais – plus a variety of well-appointed amenities around its clubhouse. Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios are all within about a 30-minute drive, and Walmart, supermarkets, restaurants and shops along US-192 are just minutes from the door.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to explore, and free parking is right at the townhouse. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 35–40 minutes by car; US-192 and I-4 whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.
Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.
GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.
POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.
GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.
HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.
AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

Exactly as described in listing. We have stayed at multiple spots in this resort . All were not accurate and overpriced. Except this home. 100 percent maintained, found no flaws. Had everything you would need from kitchen utensils to pool towels etc.... we purchased the pool heat which was amazing. Alot of other places we have stayed did not turn the pool on when we paid for it. We immediately booked for next year and will continue to book again. I do have one request that a grill would be able to used . I brought mine down but i would absolutely pay for the use of the one on the property beings we drive from Maryland. I understand the owners point of view though some people do not take care of things like it is there own . We do . Thanks again for the opportunity to stay at your home and looking forward to next year

We had an amazing stay! We went for our child’s sports and we were so close to Walmart and all the places for dinner off the highway! We even found a quiet way to drive to Disney springs without the highway! So location was amazing!! Even the house location inside is great. It’s an easy walk to the pool! The house had everything from hair dryers to air fryers! Things to cook with and the cupboards were so well equipped! A lot of our team stayed here and many of them said we had one of the cleanest townhomes compared to everyone else’s! Beds were comfortable, towels were clean and in great shape and pool towels were perfect! The pool area was a hit and my kids LOVED the pizza! I even had the shrimp tacos and they were yummy! Staff was great! The movie theater was a great break from the heat as well! Would absolutely stay here again!

This house was very well stocked with everything you would need. We loved staying her and plan on returning again next year

Overall experience was great. Easy checkin and out. Very large condo with ton of space. Great pool. Kitchen was mainly stocked. Needs a cookie sheet and some hot pads and a few plastic cups for pool area. Future paint job needed and carpet removal, but knew that going into it. Was nice to have to started kit of toiletries and kitchen supplies. Would rent again.
