House was great. Very charming. Very clean. Plenty of bathrooms and the layout in the older home is well utilized. Everything was very clean. Towels stocked. Host easy to communicate with even when our bus delay made us almost late for check out. Note that if you need sound to sleep there is only a tv in the upstairs master. The front bedroom does hear some sounds of traffic if you need silence. Tips for staying that are not the hosts fault: Parking is easy with the homes dedicated driveway but leaving is scary!!! Others will park illegally making it hard to see down the street and they will not stop even if you are already in the street. We realized having someone stand in the street and guide out was best. The home is centrally located if you wish to bus or walk.If I ever find myself in long beach again I would get this house.

This was a gem of a find for my family and I. We had a wedding to attend and were in town for 4 days 3 nights. The property was smaller than we originally thought but it was clean, fit my large family and had absolutely gorgeous architecture. The accommodations were on point, expectations on guests during checkout were minimal compared to other places. It really felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet at night, busy during the day so expect traffic but walking is always an option for day time.
