Welcome to our Happy State! Everything you need for that "home away from home" experience, plus a Hot Tub, Pool Table, Arcade, and Board Games to keep everyone entertained. Also set in a perfect location to explore the city and outdoors!

- Accommodation & Amenities:
1700 sq ft home with an open floor plan and bedrooms on second floor. Recently renovated with a clean, inviting atmosphere.
First floor includes a Pool Table, Arcade (Ms. PacMan & Galaga), 75" and 43" TVs, large sectional and bean bag, and dining table that seats 8.
Full-size kitchen with basic necessities for meal preparation.
Remember to bring your own ingredients for cooking.
Backyard deck leads to large pergola with an 8 person Hot Tub
Essentials provided include towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper.

Bedroom 1 - King bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with extra stored Twin if needed
Bedroom 3 - Bunk Bed with Queen bottom and Twin XL top
Living Room - Sectional converts to large bed

First Floor - 1 Full Bathroom
Second Floor - 1 Full Bathroom
Guests should bring personal toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush. We do provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but you might prefer your own brands. Outdoor Space:
- Pet Policy:
Though we love all animals, we allow 1 dog per stay for an additional feel. Dog must be trained and stay off of all furniture during the stay.
- Guest Access & Parking:
Full access to entire home, driveway and yard. Garage is not accessible.
Ample parking in driveway and on the street.

This is such a great place to stay! Roomy, comfortable, very clean, and a great place to spend time with friends. We enjoyed walking to downtown to enjoy places to eat/drink as it’s very close. When it was time to head back we were able to enjoy the many amenities offered. Playing pool was great, very clean and sizable hot tub, and a cozy couch to watch tv. 10/10 would recommend.

My family rented this property for a lacrosse tournament in the area. It was very clean and we loved the pool table. Would love to stay here in the warmer weather when we can really enjoy the area as it seems to be within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

I spent my 60th birthday enjoying this place. I haven’t ever seen snow and I had the most amazing time. The location and everything around was just perfect. The place has every thing you need a hot tub, an arcade game machine and a pool table. Watch many nights watching the snow playing games and then just enjoying the beautiful scenery. Carlos is an amazing host. Any questions or concerns you have he answered right away please book this place to stay. You definitely won’t be disappointed. Sue and George ❤️
