About this villa rental
Located in the quiet and private vacation home community of Calabria Westside, 3032 sq. ft. A 6 bedroom vacation home features 4 main bedrooms all with 40” LCD TV’s. Two are king rooms with ensuites and the other are a king and a queen rooms. There are also two kid’s rooms which both have 24” LCD TV’s with DVD players. The first Kid room is Mickey and Friends themed with 2 twin beds and the other is a Marvel themed with a twin bed and a double bunk bed. All rooms have a ceiling fan. Outside is a covered lanai with ceiling fan and south facing pool with spa which backs onto a beautiful conservation area. Inside there is an inviting living area with a 60” LCD Smart HDTV to watch your favourite streaming services such as Netflix and with Blu-ray player which is next to a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with an Air Fryer & Keurig coffee machine and a formal dining area. The garage also has a games room with a pool table, air hockey, and freestanding video game machine with sixty classic games! Upstairs, enjoy more family fun in the loft which includes a 46” LCD HDTV, Blu-ray player and Xbox 360 and also there is Free hi-speed Wi-Fi internet access. Located within 6 miles of Walt Disney World Gates, 20 miles from Universal Studios, 15 miles from Sea World and close to Lots of Great Restaurants, Shopping and grocery stores. Tampa Bay is 60 miles away with a Hard Rock Casino and Busch gardens, NHL Hockey, MLB Baseball and NFL Football. As well as many beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. Towards the Atlantic Ocean is Kennedy Space Center as well as Cocao Beach and is 70 miles.

Everything was so beautiful spacious and clean and well kept. The Host was extremely helpful and nice and assisted us with any questions we had. The pool literally had sun all day which was amazing cause when we came back from disney the sun was still shinning on the pool! overall I would definitely be rebooking this home!

We loved our stay and overall, this was a wonderful property for our family (parents, 2 young kids and grandparents). Brent was very responsive and managed a difficulty we encountered with the hot tub in a timely manner. We loved spending most of our trip relaxing by the pool. If you have older people in your party who have limited mobility, be aware that the hot tub/pool do not have a handrail to get in/out. This property did not have some of the basics we’ve been used to at other places like salt and pepper or coffee filters for the coffee pot. Also, there was only one roll of paper towel for an 8 night stay and limited toilet paper, but these were not big problems by any means. The location was in a nice neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Thank you for a nice relaxing vacation!
