House had the old Tybee feel that I enjoy. Property worked out well for a large family with all the bathrooms. Screen porch was excellent for large birthday group. Pool was clean and good for kids. Convenience to the beach next to the boardwalk was really good. Owner responded in a timely manner to my questions and checkin. Bikes were not usable. Much of the outside chairs and cushions were very dated. Although house was clean, it could use a deep cleaning in the cabinets and drawer under the oven. Crumbs were found. Roaches noticed in the kitchen and downstairs bedroom. I know this is common for an older beach house so tried to overlook. Reached out to owner and she said place was just sprayed and he would return after we checked out.

Great for large families! Ground floor bathrooms/bedrooms/kitchen if this is something you need. SUPER close to beach- we would stay here again! Also one street over from the grocery store- this was truly the perfect location

Great location! Lots of space for everyone. The pool is great. It is an older home so it has some charm- don’t expect perfection. But it has the Tybee charm!
