Beautifully renovated and stylishly decorated with a California-meets-coastal-Carolina point of view, this four-bedroom villa combines exceptional comfort with one of Sea Pines' most enviable locations—just 50 yards from the beach. With four ensuite bedrooms, two outdoor living spaces, a newly updated South Beach Villas pool just steps away, and South Beach Marina Village nearby, 1409 South Beach Villas has everything needed for a memorable Hilton Head vacation.
THE SETTING: When the beach is this close, days naturally revolve around the water. Step outside the villa and walk approximately 50 yards to the sand for an early morning beach walk, an afternoon swim, or an evening spent watching the sky change over the ocean. Back at the villa, two outdoor spaces provide plenty of room to enjoy the setting, while South Beach Marina Village, dining, shopping, bike paths, and everything else within Sea Pines are all easily accessible.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.
HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately 50 yards. Step out the back door, turn right, and you'll be at the water's edge in just a few moments.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

The property was beautiful. Everything was clean and fully stocked for a fun week at the beach. Bedrooms were spacious and relaxing. Beach toys and beach wagon were provided as well as an ample supply of beach towels. We were very glad to have access to a washer and dryer. The beach is a short walk. Unfortunately, the days we were staying, the beach was being renourished. This means big equipment was running all day and into the evening. This left us listening to loud bulldozers rather than the sound of the waves. The entrance to the beach from our property as well as several entrances in each direction were closed and marked with no trespassing/danger signs. There were patrols guarding the area and chastising you if you got too close. The work also left the ocean near it very murky. It looked dirty instead of the normal clean looking water of Hilton Head. This left us dragging all of our beach equipment much farther than the 50 yards described in the listing. Unfortunately, we did not know any of this would be happening when we booked the property ( we booked about 1.5 weeks prior to our arrival). Not sure if propery management knew this would be happening during our stay or not, but it was frustrating -especially for the price per night of the rental. We can recommend the property. However, be sure to check if any renourishment is being done when you are going. Otherwise you may end up paying top dollar for a BestNest that is really not close to a clean beach.
