About this house rental
Located just outside of downtown Charleston, this charming, modern farmhouse home is cozy and inviting. On a quiet, dead-end street with just one neighbor, this 3/2 house has everything you'll need for your Charleston getaway. We are very close to downtown Charleston-less than 10 minutes. Uber or Lyft are your best bet if you do not have a car. We provide all the essentials to make your stay comfortable, as well as free wifi, parking, and laundry. Additionally, we have a Roku smart TV for your entertainment. We'd love to have you at this modern farmhouse home!
The cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". Any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $95 fee.

This is a great find for a girls weekend! The location had easy access to downtown Charleston. All the added touches were great too! Sarah was quick to respond and answer our questions too. If we head back to Charleston will definitely be looking up this hidden gem!

Our pastry chef had a wedding cake to decorate. The kitchen was great! Nice long counters, nice big refrigerator. The rooms were great! Close to shopping and all of the places we needed to go. When I had a question our host was quick to return a txt. Adorable farmhouse!!

Everything was exactly as the listing described. The house was clean & comfortable. Sarah, the property manager, was very responsive to messages and wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A bit hard to find. Host was amazing though which made up for location. Enjoyed Charleston - rent from her… she’s awesome!
