Resort-style amenities in this neighborhood also include two sparkling shared pools. Enjoy beautiful Gulf view from the outdoor spaces and four of the bedrooms. This house also has an elevator for your convenience. Saltylime also offers a ping pong table, extra pillows and blankets, books and reading material and boardgames.
At Royal Sands, you'll enjoy luxurious resort-style amenities, including two shared year-round pools and a private boardwalk to the beach. We had a wonderful stay. Clean, easy to communicate with owners, friendly and safe neighborhood. We will love to come back for future trips.

overall it's a nice place but it needs some TLC

Beautiful view and location. Loved that. The third floor did need some love. Throw rugs were pretty worn and needed replacing. Door handles were sticking and had sugar ants in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms. The ace hardware helped us with the ants as we purchased some some things to help us. The skillets etc very worn. Again. The place needed some refreshing. Normal household items. Trash was not taken out by previous renters- stench was pretty bad. We had a good time- but for what we paid, a few updates would have been nice.
